Notes from the team:
In person (only) computer based testing at Rice University, Herman Brown Hall - Building 34. Park in the North lot (the end closest to Entrance 21). Use a credit card for entrance. The parking lot is available for visitors after 5:30pm. Testing will be in room 223. Candidates must bring: a valid picture ID, their cell phone, proof of prior license if upgrading and the exam fee (check payable to ARRL VEC or cash-exact change). Walk-ins will be accommodated as time permits.
