We will accept applicants without a FRN during the government shutdown but you must still register at hamstudy.org. There is a provision that allows you to register without an FRN. Please apply for an FRN if the government reopens before the testing day.

All tests will be available and are FREE. Bring a laptop or tablet and you can test on computer. Exams are graded instantly and new call signs and upgrades are usually issued the next business day. Also check our web page at https://w0pct.org/
