Just a few things to be mindful of.
New applicants must have a FRN (Federal Registration Number) from the FCC. Registration is a simple process, which only takes minutes to complete. This FRN is used to identify you on the FCC license application.

If upgrading, please bring a copy of your current amateur license.
Scratch paper, writing utensil and calculator will be provided upon request.
Your test location is at the Whitefield Central Fire Station. Please be prepared to commit about 15-25 minutes for your exam.
