Welcome to the March 8, 2025, PAPA System Inland Empire Region Breakfast and exam session! All are welcome to attend and testing sessions start at 8:00 AM. Examinees earning a technician license and agreeing to take part in the PAPA Quick Start Radio Program will receive a free dual band HT radio as a welcoming gift and way to jump start your amatuer radio journey. After the test, stay for our breakfast and commaraderie!
