ATTENTION APPLICANTS AND VE's. THIS IS THE W5YI TEST SESSION HELD EACH YEAR AT THE RICHMOND HAMFEST IN SEPTEMBER. Thelocation for the hamfest is on Highway 52, between Irvine and Richmond. Please arrive before the actual testing schedule for a possible earlier start than 10:00 AM. You will need two ID's, one with your photo on it. Please check in with us when you arrive so we can schedule your test(s).There is a $14.00 application fee for testing. This should be in cash, only. You have two options for testing, one on computer, if available, and the other on paper. If you pass your test, then you may take the next test without being assessed another $14.00 fee. If you fail your test, then you will need to pay $14.00 to retake the test. You will immediately find out the results of you test, which will be graded by computer. A CSCE will be emailed to you as a receipt for passing. This is good for 365 days to prove that you passed today.
