2026 KARS/ICEMARC spring test session. This session is sponsored by the Keystone Amateur Radio Society. Preregistration is strongly encouraged but not required.
An FRN is required for all applicants and can be obtained by going to https://apps.fcc.gov/cores/userLogin.do.
Please bring a state issued or other photo ID, if you are currently licensed please provide a copy of your license as well for reference
Test fee is $15 cash, please bring exact change. Venmo will also be available for payment.
This exam session will be offered in full electronic format, there will be devices available for use or you may bring your own.
