This is an in person exam. Please include your email and phone # when registering. We will send you an email with information about this session, will call you to answer questions, and to help you prepare for this exam.

If this is your first license, you will need to obtain an FRN (Federal Registration Number) click here to go directly to FCC If you're not able to click on this link, please highlight and plaste in a new window tab https://apps.fcc.gov/cores/userLogin.do click on Need Username? Register

You will be asked to create a username and password, make sure you write those down and keep in a safe place. You'll be asked to provide an email, the FCC will email you a code to complete your registration.

Once you receive your FRN, return to https://hamstudy.org/sessions/NIBBB2/all, click on time of session to complete your registration.

If you already have a callsign and are looking for an upgrade, just click on the Register link below and complete your registration.

This exam will be conducted with electronic devices (e-books) that we provide. This facility is handicapped accessible.

This exam is provided through the Laurel VEC, no payment is charged or collected to take these exams.
